Dominique Borzomati

Director of Events

Born and raised in Montclair, NJ, Borzomati first fell in love with event planning and the restaurant business as a little girl growing up in her uncle’s restaurant in New York. After high school, Borzomati got her start working with Battello executive Chef Ryan DePersio at his flagship restaurant, Fascino, where she discovered her passion for food and the restaurant industry and had the opportunity to learn all aspects of front & back of house from one of the best in the business.

After graduating from Johnson & Wales with a degree in Food & Beverage Management, Dominique accepted a position running food and beverage operations and serving as special events coordinator for the W New York Downtown which is where her passion for event planning began, followed by time spent as restaurant manager of Mondrian Soho’s Isola.

Passionate about the importance of special events and private dining, Borzomati returned to New Jersey to serve as director of events for Battello in 2014, and is now bringing her unparalleled skills to TillingHouse as well, where she leads a team that pays attention to individual needs of clients and strives to create truly memorable moments.
