A handful of 2027 Saturdays remain, and the dates our couples ask for first tend to be spoken for early. If you already have a season in mind, spring on the garden terrace or a candlelit evening in the Parlor, it is worth knowing what is still open before the calendar fills.
There is no rush and no hard sell. Tell us the date you are hoping for, and we will walk the Ballroom and terrace with you in person, at a time set aside just for you. If the day feels right, we will place a courtesy hold on it while you decide.

Every course is prepared in-house under Chef Ryan DePersio, one of New Jersey's most respected chefs, from the first passed hors d'oeuvre to the final bite of cake, with precision, creativity, and care.
Four short films: the ballroom mid-celebration, the kitchen at work, the cuisine, and the first pour at the bar.
Bridal Suite
A private dressing suite with an on-site hair and makeup salon, three salon chairs, a separate bridal station, and two bathrooms.

A comfortable sitting area for flower girls, ring bearers, and family to gather away from the crowd.

Billiards, shuffleboard, and barber-shop service, a room for guests to slip away and unwind.
