Some venues borrow their setting. Ours comes with ninety years of it. TillingHouse stands on the grounds of Suneagles Golf Club, whose clubhouse era dates to 1926, and the property still carries that composure: open fairways, garden air, and rooms built for occasions.

For Eatontown families, that makes the choice simple. The most considered venue in town is also the closest one.

The TillingHouse ballroom set with round tables and chandeliers for a reception

Every guest count has a room here, so the size of your celebration decides the space, not the address.

  • The Ballroom. Up to 500 guests, a 52-foot marble-top bar, and a garden terrace with a stone wall and wishing well.
  • The Parlor. A one-of-a-kind 1926 fireplace anchors ceremonies and intimate dinners.
  • The Parlor Bar. The first pour of the evening, on a private terrace over the golf course.
  • The Byron Nelson Room. Up to 75 guests, cathedral ceilings, private bar, golf-course views.

The culinary program is entirely in-house, led by Chef Ryan DePersio, James Beard semifinalist and the chef-restaurateur behind Battello and Fascino, with Executive Chef Dennis Mathews on the line every service.

Your tasting, your menu, and your wedding all come out of the same kitchen. No outside caterers, no hand-offs, no surprises on the plate.

Weddings are the headline, but the rooms work all year: corporate meetings and holiday parties in the Byron Nelson Room, showers and birthdays in the Parlor, galas in the Ballroom.

If your business or family is in Eatontown, Tinton Falls, or Ocean Township, the venue you would drive an hour for is ten minutes away.

Before You Ask

Where in Eatontown is TillingHouse?

At 2000 Lowther Drive, on the grounds of Suneagles Golf Club. From most of Eatontown the drive takes just a few minutes, and guests coming up the Garden State Parkway use Exit 105.

Can the ceremony happen on the property too?

Yes. Couples hold the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception here without anyone getting back in a car: ceremony, then cocktails on the terrace or in the Parlor Bar, then the Ballroom.

How many guests can you take?

Up to 500 in the Ballroom, up to 75 in the Byron Nelson Room, and intimate groups in the Parlor. Four spaces cover everything from a family dinner to a gala.

Is the food cooked on-site?

All of it. The in-house program is led by Chef Ryan DePersio of Battello and Fascino, with Executive Chef Dennis Mathews leading the kitchen day to day. You will never coordinate an outside caterer here.

Do you host corporate events for local companies?

Yes. The Byron Nelson Room hosts meetings, dinners, and holiday parties for up to 75, and the Ballroom takes company-wide celebrations and galas. One events team handles the room, the AV needs of the day, and the menu.

Are 2027 wedding dates still open?
