TillingHouse sits at 2000 Lowther Drive in Eatontown, on the grounds of the historic Suneagles Golf Club, at the center of the county's most sought-after towns. Couples come to us from Tinton Falls, Long Branch, Red Bank, Rumson, and Ocean Township, and from across the water in New York, drawn to a Jersey Shore setting that feels both close to home and a world away.
It is a location that does the quiet work of a great celebration. Golf-course views. Garden air. A grand room and intimate rooms under one roof. Guests arrive without a long drive, and the day unfolds where the county already gathers.

The scale of your celebration should never mean a change of address. TillingHouse holds a 500-guest gala and a 20-guest dinner with the same care, so you choose the room, not the compromise.
- The Ballroom. A soaring room for up to 500 guests, anchored by a 52-foot marble-top bar and opening onto a garden terrace with two built-in bars, a stone wall, and a wishing well.
- The Parlor. Intimate and warm, centered on a one-of-a-kind 1926 fireplace. Ideal for ceremonies, cocktail receptions, and dinners among your closest.
- The Parlor Bar. The first pour of the evening, on a private terrace overlooking the Suneagles golf course.
- The Byron Nelson Room. Up to 75 guests beneath cathedral ceilings, with a private bar and golf-course views, for smaller weddings, family gatherings, and corporate days.

Where most Monmouth County venues bring in outside caterers, TillingHouse keeps the kitchen in the family. Our in-house culinary program is led by Chef Ryan DePersio, one of New Jersey's most respected chef-restaurateurs and the name behind Battello and Fascino, with Executive Chef Dennis Mathews leading the day-to-day line.
That means one team answering for both the room and the plate, and a menu shaped in conversation with you. Guests taste that accountability, and a banquet hall becomes a genuinely luxurious evening.
Beyond the four event spaces, the day has its own quiet infrastructure. A Bridal Suite with an on-site hair and makeup salon, three salon chairs, a separate bridal station, and two baths. A Family Suite for the people closest to you. A Game Room with billiards, shuffleboard, and barber-shop service to keep the celebration moving.
Weddings, corporate and private events, bridal and baby showers, milestone birthdays, holiday parties, and galas. Whatever brings you to Monmouth County, the getting-ready, the gathering, and the send-off all live in one place.
Is TillingHouse still booking 2027 weddings?
Yes. We are now booking 2027 weddings, with openings across the season. The couples who reserve their date early tend to have the fullest choice, so if a particular month matters to you, it is worth starting the conversation now. We will walk you through what is still available on a private tour.
How many guests can you host?
The Ballroom holds up to 500 guests, which makes TillingHouse one of the largest luxury settings in Monmouth County. For more intimate celebrations, the Byron Nelson Room seats up to 75, and the Parlor is designed for smaller ceremonies and dinners. One property, every guest count.
Do you use outside caterers, or is the food in-house?
Everything is in-house. Our culinary program is led by Chef Ryan DePersio, of Battello and Fascino, with Executive Chef Dennis Mathews on the line. There are no outside caterers to hire or coordinate, and your menu is shaped in conversation with our team.
How does pricing work, and what is included?
Because every celebration is different in guest count, season, and spaces used, we build your estimate around your day rather than a fixed price list. In-house culinary, the event space, and our staff are part of the conversation from the first tour, so you see the full picture with no surprises. Request your date and we will prepare a personalized proposal.
Where exactly are you, and how far is it from Red Bank and the Shore?
We are at 2000 Lowther Drive in Eatontown, on the grounds of the historic Suneagles Golf Club, in the heart of Monmouth County. We are a short drive from Tinton Falls, Long Branch, Red Bank, Rumson, and Ocean Township, and we welcome couples and companies from across New Jersey and New York.
Can I get ready on-site the day of the event?
Yes. The Bridal Suite includes an on-site hair and makeup salon with three salon chairs, a separate bridal station, and two baths, and there is a Family Suite nearby. Your morning and your evening happen under one roof, without a single drive in between.

See it for yourself. Then picture your date.
