Some couples want the Jersey Shore for the light, the ease, the sense that a celebration should feel like a getaway. TillingHouse gives you that setting without asking you to trade elegance for it.

Set on the grounds of the historic Suneagles Golf Club in Eatontown, the venue looks out over manicured fairways and open sky. Inside, a 500-guest ballroom with a 52-foot marble-top bar. Outside, a garden terrace with two built-in bars, a stone wall, and a wishing well. It is Monmouth County at its most composed.

The best photographs happen where the landscape does the work for you. At TillingHouse, that means golf-course views, garden terraces, and the quiet grandeur of grounds with nearly a century of history.

This is the difference between a room and a place. Couples searching for a golf course wedding venue in NJ, or simply a Jersey Shore setting with room to breathe, find both here, on one property.

A growing number of our couples come from New York, drawn to a coastal setting that feels a world away from the city while staying within easy reach of it.

TillingHouse serves both New Jersey and New York clients. You get the Jersey Shore as a destination, the intimacy of a golf-course estate, and a level of hospitality that holds its own against anything in the tristate area.

A Shore wedding should never feel one-size-fits-all. TillingHouse holds a 500-guest gala and a 75-guest family celebration under the same roof, each in a space designed for it.

Every menu is prepared by our own kitchen, led by Chef Ryan DePersio, whose reputation was built at Battello in Jersey City and Fascino. Nothing about the meal is outsourced. The quality of the cuisine and the hospitality is the whole point.

  • The Ballroom, up to 500 guests, with a 52-foot marble-top bar

Before You Ask

How do I check availability for 2027?

We are now booking 2027 weddings, and the most sought-after Saturdays move first. The surest way to hold your date is to request it early. Reach out and we will tell you, honestly, what is still open.

How does pricing work at a Jersey Shore venue like this?

Every celebration is priced to what you are actually planning, so there is no single number that fits every couple. What we can promise is transparency. When you request your date, we will walk you through what is included and give you a clear picture before you decide anything.

How many guests can you accommodate?

The Ballroom seats up to 500 guests, our largest space. For more intimate gatherings, the Byron Nelson Room hosts up to 75. Whether you are planning a grand Shore wedding or a small family celebration, there is a space scaled to it.

Is catering included, or do I bring my own?

All catering is prepared in-house by our own kitchen, led by Chef Ryan DePersio. There are no outside caterers to hire or coordinate. Your menu, your service, and your food all come from one team that does this every week.

What makes this different from other Monmouth County venues?

The golf-course setting on the historic Suneagles grounds, the 500-guest ballroom with its 52-foot marble-top bar, and a fully in-house culinary program. Four distinct spaces on one property, and a Jersey Shore location that inland venues simply cannot offer.

Do you host couples coming from New York?

Yes. We welcome both New Jersey and New York clients. Many of our New York couples choose TillingHouse for the coastal setting, the sense of escape, and the ease of a single property that handles the celebration end to end.
