TillingHouse is about fifteen minutes north in Eatontown, and it was built for exactly that evening. A soaring ballroom, a marble bar longer than most storefronts, and a garden terrace under open sky, on golf-course grounds that have hosted occasions since the 1920s.
The 52-foot marble-top bar anchors the Ballroom, the Parlor Bar pours cocktail hour on its own private terrace, and the kitchen never subcontracts a plate. The in-house program is led by Chef Ryan DePersio, the chef-restaurateur behind Battello and Fascino, with Executive Chef Dennis Mathews running service.
Bring the band or the DJ your crowd expects. The room carries it.
The wedding is rarely the only event. Welcome drinks, a shower, the morning after: each has a room here.

Up to 500 guests in the Ballroom. Smaller celebrations take the Byron Nelson Room, which seats up to 75, or the Parlor for intimate dinners.
Can we bring our own caterer or food truck?
The cuisine here is entirely in-house, led by Chef Ryan DePersio of Battello and Fascino. That is a deliberate choice: one kitchen accountable for every plate. Bring your menu ideas and the chefs will build around them.
What does a wedding cost?
