It is the room our largest weddings call home, where five hundred guests move easily between dinner, dancing, and the night air of the terrace.

A room that carries the whole day
Dinner for five hundred, a ceremony beneath the chandeliers, or a cocktail hour that spills onto the terrace. The Ballroom is built to hold each act of the day without ever feeling crowded, and it resets gracefully between them.
The garden terrace runs alongside, with two built-in bars of its own, a stone wall, and a wishing well. Guests drift between the dance floor and the night air without ever leaving the celebration.
Everything within reach
The Bridal Suite, with its on-site salon, three styling chairs, and two baths, sits under the same roof, so the morning unfolds where the evening will. A Family Suite and the Game Room, with billiards, shuffleboard, and barber-shop service, give every generation a place to land.
How many guests does the Ballroom seat?
Up to five hundred guests, with room for dinner and a full dance floor. Smaller weddings settle in comfortably as well; the room is dressed to the size of your celebration.
Where does cocktail hour happen for a Ballroom reception?
Most celebrations open on the garden terrace, which has two built-in bars, a stone wall, and a wishing well. The Parlor and Parlor Bar can also host the first hour before the Ballroom doors open.
Can we hold the ceremony at TillingHouse too?
Yes. Couples marry on the grounds, on the terrace, or in the Parlor by the 1926 fireplace, then move into the Ballroom for the reception. One property, with no travel in between.
