Red Bank sets a high bar for food, and we like it that way. The culinary program at TillingHouse is entirely in-house, led by Chef Ryan DePersio, the chef-restaurateur behind Battello and Fascino, with Executive Chef Dennis Mathews running the line.
There are no outside caterers to source or manage. The menu is built in conversation with you, and the kitchen that cooks your tasting is the kitchen that cooks your wedding.
The Bridal Suite includes an on-site hair and makeup salon with three chairs, a separate bridal station, and two baths. A Family Suite keeps your closest people near, and the Game Room, with billiards, shuffleboard, and barber-shop service, keeps the wedding party easy all afternoon.
Guests come to us from Fair Haven, Little Silver, Shrewsbury, and Middletown as easily as from Red Bank itself. Everyone drives one familiar road, and everyone parks on the grounds.
