TillingHouse hosts them all on the historic grounds of Suneagles Golf Club, minutes from the Jersey Shore. Full in-house culinary, four distinct spaces, and one events team that treats a shower for twenty with the same care as a gala for five hundred.
Choose the room that fits the moment. An intimate luncheon settles beautifully into the Parlor, where a one-of-a-kind 1926 fireplace anchors the room. A milestone birthday finds its stride in the Byron Nelson Room, seventy-five guests under cathedral ceilings with a private bar and golf-course views. A gala unfolds in the Ballroom, up to five hundred guests, a fifty-two-foot marble-top bar, and a garden terrace with two built-in bars, a stone wall, and a wishing well.

How far in advance should I book, and are 2027 dates available?
We are now booking the 2027 season, with openings across all four spaces. Popular dates move first, so the earlier we talk, the more likely we can hold the one you want. Share your preferred date on a private tour and we will tell you honestly what is open.
How much does a private celebration cost?
Every celebration is priced to its occasion, the space, the season, the guest count, and the menu, so there is no single number that fits them all. We would rather show you the room and build an honest estimate around what you are picturing than quote a figure that does not reflect your day. How many guests can you host?
From intimate gatherings in the Parlor to seventy-five guests in the Byron Nelson Room and up to five hundred in the Ballroom. Whatever the size of your celebration, there is a room on the property built for it.
Do you handle the catering, or do I bring in my own?
All catering is handled in-house by our own culinary team, led by Chef Ryan DePersio. There are no outside caterers to source or manage. From a shower brunch to a plated gala dinner, the food is made in our kitchen and served by our team.
What is included when I book a space?
Your celebration comes with a dedicated room, full in-house culinary service, and an events team that plans the day with you from first tour to final toast. Depending on the occasion, that can include the Bridal Suite with its on-site hair and makeup salon, the Family Suite, and the Game Room. We will confirm exactly what is included for your event on your tour.
Can you host bridal showers, baby showers, and milestone birthdays specifically?
Yes. These are some of our most-loved celebrations. Bridal and baby showers settle beautifully into the Parlor or the Byron Nelson Room, and milestone birthdays scale all the way up to the Ballroom. Each has its own page with the spaces and details.
